Chief Festus Okotie Eboh:
He was renowned for his memorable speech at the opening ceremony of the Central Bank of Nigeria Lagos Office. He said the establishment of the Central Bank was a step forward in the triumphant march towards independence. He added that the Central Bank of Nigeria forms an integral part of the drive towards independence which he believed, would be achieved in Nigeria by the 1st of October, 1960.
