Staff Housing:
The first phase of housing projects for CBN staff commenced on a large estate of land in what used to be known as Satellite village, situated on the outskirt of Lagos.

Refinancing and Rediscounting :
The Refinancning and Rediscounting Facility(RRF) was introduced in April, 1987 to encourage banks to undertake export finance. The management of this service was transferred from Central Bank of Nigeria to Nigerian Export and Import Bank in 1991.
